On August 04, 2011, Hose has announced No 713/2011/ TB-SGDHCM for a ballot of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric JSC (HOSE: LGC) as follows:

- Ex-right date: August 16, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 16 & 17, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

- Record date:  August 18, 2011

- Purpose: Ballot shareholders for change of head office and additional business lines
