HCC: Board resolution on handling of odd lot shares

Hoa Cam Concrete JSC (HNX: HCC) announces the plan on handling of odd shares while issuing bonus shares to increase charter capital as approved in the Board Resolution on 09/04/2011 as follows:

- Bonus shares will be rounded down to units digit. Odd lot shares (Shares representing less than one unit) will be canceled. For example, shareholder A is entitled to buy 107x 30%= 32.10 shares for every 107 shares they own in the record date. As a rounding rule, shareholder A will receive 32 shares;  odd shares: 0,10 shares will be canceled

- Total number of odd shares (Par value VND 10,000/share) after issuing bonus shares is considered as shares which havent’t been issued yet and those odd shares will be contributed to development & investment fund of the Company.
