BacLieu Feedmill JSC: Notice of canceling auction

Until 4:00pm, July 26, 2011 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the BacLieu Feedmill JSC, there was no investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.12/2010/QD-SGDHCM issued on July 13, 2011 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in BacLieu Feedmill JSC, the auction could not be organized.
