On July 18, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Announcement No.679/2011/TB-SGDHCM on the record date for closing the shareholder list of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PTL):

- Ex-right date: July 26, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 26 & 27, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)

- Record date: July 28, 2011

- Purpose: To consult shareholders in writing about dismissing and appointing members of the Board of Directors.
