- Charter capital: VND83.518 billion

- Profit before tax: VND33 billion

- Total revenue: VND630 billion

- Profit after tax: VND24.75 billion

+ Article 2: Approved to supplement a business activity:

- The extraordinary shareholders’ meeting approved to supplement a business activity: Support activities for transportation (Industry code: 522).
