AAM: Resolution on a dividend payment

Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company (HOSE: AAM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the first dividend payment of 2011:

According to the Company’s profit in the first six months of 2011 worth about VND34,079,814,579 the Board of Directors decided to pay dividend in cash to the existing shareholders:

• Record date: August 03, 2011

• Par value: VND10,000/share

• Payment rate: 18%/par value (or VND1,800/share)

• Payment method: In cash

• Payment date: Expected on August 31, 2011.
