Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TSC) announced that TSC Agronomy Medicine Joint Stock Company officially came into operation.

• Techno – Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company contributed 52% of charter capital of TSC Agronomy Medicine Joint Stock Company.

• Operation date: April 01, 2011.

• Expected the Plant of TSC Agronomy Medicine Joint Stock Company will be opened in September 2011.
