QCG: Releasing restriction of share transference
Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCGL) (HOSE: QCG) has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of the following shareholders
QCG stock was officially traded on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on July 27, 2010. The BOD, Supervisory Board, Management Board and Chief Accountant of QCGL had to keep 100% of owning share volume within 06 months as from the listing day and 50% of the remaining shares in the next 06 months.
At present, 50% of owning share volumes of the BOD, Supervisory Board, Management Board and Chief Accountant are released as follows:
