TKU: Pecuniary penalty for environmental violations

On 11/04/2011, Tung Kuang Industrial JSC (HNX: TKU)  anounced the reception of Decision on pecuniary penalty for environmental violations dated 06/04/2011 by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong province as follows:

- Pecuniary penalty for environmental violations is applied to Branch of Tung Kuang Industrial JSC in Cam Phuc, Cam Giang, Hai Duong.

- Total pecuniary penalty: VND312,100,000.
