Can Tho Cement JSC (HNX: CCM) announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Record date: 30/06/2011
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 28/06/2011
- Reasons:
Dividend payment 2010 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 3% (Shareholders receive VND 300 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 18/07/2011
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Can Tho Mineral and Cement Joint Stock Company on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Dividend payment by shares
+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Can Tho Mineral and Cement Joint Stock Company on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
