HRC: Announcement of the representative for the State’s capital
Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HRC) announced the change of the representative for the Vietnam Rubber Group’s capital worth VND95,040,000,000, equivalent to 9,504,000 shares in HRC as follows:
• Mr. Huynh Van Bao – Manager of the Financial Accounting Board of Vietnam Rubber Group, represents 50% of HRC’s charter capital, equivalent to VND86,400,000,000 or 8,640,000 shares.
• Mr. Tran Quoc Hung – a member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy Director General of Ba Ria Rubber Company, represents 5% of HRC’s charter capital, equivalent to VND8,640,000,000 or 864,000 shares.
