SRF: Resolution on the second dividend payment in 2010

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (HOSE: SRF) has announced the resolution of the second dividend payment in 2010 as follows:

Article 1: Paying the second dividend payment in 2010:

• Dividend ratio: 30%/par value (VND3,000/share)

• Record date: May 27, 2011

• Payment date: June 10, 2011

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from April 29, 2011.
