Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CNT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 21, 2011 on the dividend payment in cash for the year 2010 as follows:
• The dividend payment 2010 in cash to existing shareholders at payment rate: 5%
