KHP: Resolution on the second dividend payment of 2010

On April 25, 2011, the Board of Directors of KhanhHoa Power Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KHP) unanimously approved to pay the second dividend installment of the year 2010 to the existing shareholders:

• Payment rate: 7% (VND700/ share) on the charter capital of VND415,512,960,000. Equivalent to VND29,085,907,200

• Payment method: In cash

• Financial resource: Undistributed profit in 2010.

• Record date: May 16, 2011

• Payment date: May 30, 2011.
