MCV: Extending the registration deadline

According to Decision No.343/QD-UBCK by the State Securities Commission dated April 29, 2011, Cavico Viet Nam Mining and Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: MCV) was allowed to extend the deadline to transfer rights until June 08, 2011 and the deadline register and deposit money to buy shares until June 10, 2011.
