On April 21, 2011, The Board of Directors of Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VST) announced as follows:

• Approving the dividend payment of 2010 in cash:

• Record date: May 12, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

• Payment date: June 01, 2011

• Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Sea Transport And Chartering Joint Stock Company.

• The effective date of this resolution is April 21, 2011.
