- Stock code: TH1

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 28/04/2011

- Ex-date: 26/04/2011

- Reasons: For a ballot and Second dividend payment 2010 in cash

1. For a ballot:

+ Exercise rate: 1 share – 1 vote

+ Expected exercise date: 20/05/2011

+ Issue in the ballot: Setting up Funds from Profit after tax 2010 and Dividend payment with exercise rate 25%

2. Second dividend payment 2010 in cash:

+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 25/05/2011

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: The Vietnam National General Export - Import Joint Stock Company No.1, on working days since 25/05/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
