SCR: Directorate change

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (HNX: SCR) announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Mr. Luong Dinh Quang has resigned from Director with effect since 20/04/2011.

- Mr. Thai Van Chuyen has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Quang with effect since 20/04/2011. This BOD’s decision will be approved officially by General Meeting of Shareholders.
