- Mr. Vo Van Khanh has resigned from Chair of the Board with effect since 20/04/2011.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Son has been appointed Director and elected Chair of the Board with effect since 20/04/2011.

- Mr. Nguyen Dang Bi has resigned from Director with effect since 20/04/2011.

- Mr. Vu Van Huy has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 20/04/2011.
