HPG: Hoa Phat Group transfers shares in a join venture

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HPG) has announced the share transfer in its joint venture:

On April 07, 2011, Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company transferred 30,000,000 shares, equivalent to 50 percent of the charter capital of Hoa Phat Cement Joint Stock Company. Hoa Phat Cement Joint Stock Company locates in Dong Ao Hamlet, Thanh Thuy Commune, Thanh Liem District, Ha Nam Province.
