- Stock symbol:  GIL

- Stock type:  Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000  

- Ex-right date:   April 19, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 19 & 20, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

- Record date: April 21, 2011

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

- Purpose:  To make the second dividend payment for 2010.

- Payment date:  April 28, 2011
