ABT: Resolution on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of BenTre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company (Aquatex Bentre) (HOSE: ABT) unanimously decided:

- Approving the financial statements for quarter 1.2011 and plan for quarter 2.2011 of the company

- The first dividend payment 2011 in cash:

+ Payment ratio: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)

+ Payment date: in May 2011

- The effective date of this resolution is April 09, 2011.
