DLG: DLG repurchases shares of Gia Lai Traffic Construction Consultant JSC

On April 09, 2011, the Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: DLG) held a meting and approved the buyback of 20% of shares of Gia Lai Traffic Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company (*):

• Gia Lai Traffic Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company had a charter capital of VND2,961,000,000, equivalent to 29,610 shares (Par value: VND10,000/share); and the State holds 25.87%. Annual revenue of Gia Lai Traffic Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company is over VND14 billion, and Profit after tax is over VND2 billion.

• Duc Long Gia Lai Group will repurchase 5,922 shares. Total value will be VND8,900,766,000, equivalent to 20% charter capital.
