DCC: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Descon Construction Corporation (HOSE: DCC) announced the resolution of the Board of the Directors on April 08, 2011:

Article 1: Approval authorized the Board of Directors choose the audit firm to conduct the audit finance statement in 2010 of Descon.

Article 2: Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, the Management and employees of DESCON are responsible for implement this resolution.

Article 3: This resolution came into effect from April 08, 2011.
