VKP: Announcement of trading halt

On April 14, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE: VKP) had Announcement No.411/2011/TB-SGDHCM on the pause in trading of stock of VIKY Plastic Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VKP):

Suspending the in trading of stock of VIKY Plastic Joint Stock Company as from April 18, 2011 under Decision 43/2011/QD-SGDHCM by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on April 14, 2011.

Reason: The business of VIKY Plastic Joint Stock Company was lost in 02 consecutive years according to the audited financial statements (In 2009 and 2010).

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange will consider the trading again of VKP after VIKY Plastic Joint Stock Company explains reasons of losses and has plan to surmount.
