2. Brief History
- In 1979: The company’s forerunner was Hoi An Construction company
- From 1979 to 2003: The capital of Hoi An Construction company was a 100% state-owned company under the committee of Quang Nam Province
- In 2003: Hoi An Construction was renamed as Investment Construction Hoi An company
- 06/02/2006: The company was equitized and renamed as Development Investment Construction Hoi An Joint Stock Company
- The company was offically put into operation according to Business certificate No.3303070183 granted by Department of planning and investment of Quang Nam Province on 01/03/2006 with Initial charter capital of VND 7,500,000,000
- In May 2007, the Company’s charter capital was increased to VND15 billion via private placement
- In April 2008, the Company’s charter capital was increased to VND16,649,770,000 via dividend payment by share
- In July 2010, the Company’s charter capital was increased to VND29,999,420,000 via dividend payment by share and issue to outstanding shareholders.
