VOS: Changes in the BOD

Viet Nam Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (VOSCO) (HOSE: VOS) announced the personnel changes according to Resolution No.33/NQ-HDQT on March 01, 2011 by the Board of Directors as follows:

• Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhi, a member of the Board of Directors, has retired as of January 01, 2011.

• Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dung, Director of VOSCO’s Hochiminh Branch, has replaced Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhi as the State’s representative for the contributed capital (10% charter capital) in VOSCO.

• Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dung, Director of VOSCO’s Hochiminh Branch, has also been appointed as a BOD member. This appointment will be submitted in the 2011 Annual General Meeting for approval.
