SBS: Personnel Change

Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBS) announced the personnel change as follows:

• According to Decision No.15/2011/QD-HDQT on February 28, 2011, Ms. Pham Tran Thu Ha will not hold the position of Deputy Director General and will be appointed to Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank as of March 01, 2011.

• According to Decision No.16 & 17/2011/QD-HDQT on February 28, 2011, Ms. Thieu Minh Anh Thu will not hold the position of Director of Supervision Division in order to become the Deputy Director General of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company as of March 01, 2011.
