TXM: Board resolution

Gypsum and Cement Joint Stock Company (HNX: TXM) announces the board resolution approved on 09/03/2011 as follows:

1. Approving Dividend payment 2010 in cash:

+ Exercise rate: 3% (Shareholders receive VND 300 for every share they own)

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: No.24, Ha Noi Street, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province on working days.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required.

2. Manager is responsible for carrying out this task.
