TRC: Resolution of the BOD
Tay Ninh Rubber Company (TANIRUCO) (HOSE: TRC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 02, 2011:
• The Board of Directors decided to organize the 2011 Annual General Meeting on April 11, 2011, in the Company’s head office. The record date is March 21, 2011.
• The Board of Directors decided to pay the second cash dividend installment of 2010 at 15% (Equivalent to VND1,500/share). The record date for the second installment is March 21, 2011. The payment date is April 14, 2011.
