PXS: PXS to sell stock to a strategic partner

On March 29, 2011, the Board of Directors of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) (HOSE: PXS) approved the private placement of 5,000,000 shares to the strategic shareholder below:

The Board of Directors authorized the Director to directly negotiate the transfer price and sign a transfer contract of 5,000,000 shares with McDermott Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (MDR) before April 30, 2011.
