ABT: Resolution on share buyback

Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ABT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 29, 2011 on share buyback as follows:

Article 1: Approving the share buyback:

• Buying 1,360,720 ABT shares for make treasury stock

• Financial resource: Capital surplus until December 31, 2010

• Trading period: Within 30 days

• Trading method: Order-matching and put-through

Article 2: The resolution is valid from March 29, 2011. Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
