Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

• The meeting unanimously approved the 2010 dividend rate: 20%/par value.

• The second dividend payment of 2010:

• Payment rate: 10%/par value

• Payment time: March 28, 2011

• Payment method: In cash or demand deposits

• Record date: March 15, 2011

• This resolution takes effect from February 15, 2011.
