Savimex Corporation (HOSE: SAV) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the 2010 dividend payment and the 2011 Annual General Meeting as follows:

Article 1: Paying the 2010 dividend to all outstanding shares of Savimex:

- Payment ratio: 5%/par value

- Payment date: In April 2011

Article 2: Holding the 2011 Annual General Meeting:
