ITC: Violation of information disclosure of purchase treasury shares

Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HOSE: ITC), bought treasury shares from January 10, 2011 to February 21, 2011 with bid prices and volumes which violated the regulation of the trading of treasury stock.

From October 21, 2010 to December 17, 2010, Hung Vuong Corporation bought back stock with bid prices and volumes which violated the regulation of the trading of treasury stock.
