• Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh, a member of the Supervisory Board of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, bought 9,200 HTI shares from January 21, 2011 to February 15, 2011 without announcement.

• Ms. Vu Nhat Binh, a wife of Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh - a member of the Supervisory Board of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, bought 2,000 HTI shares from January 02, 2011 to February 22, 2011 without announcement.
