• Charter capital: VND1,007,907,900,000.

• Par value: VND10,000/share

• Stock type: Common stock

• Payment rate: 5%/par value (VND500 for a share)

• Payment method: In cash

• Record date: April 06, 2011.

• Payment date: From April 20, 2011.
