• Par value: VND 10,000 

• Ex-right date: March 28, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on March 28 & 29, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: March 30, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

• Purpose: To make the second dividend payment for 2010.
