HBC: HBC wins two construction contracts

HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HBC) has won two construction contracts of Sunrise City Plot W in Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City invested by Novaland. These contracts include:

• Stage 1: Building reinforced concrete, foundations, basements, and bodies.

• Stage 2: Completing and installing electromechanical works.

The project has a total area of 18,495 square meters, includes 02 basements and 04 towers (30 – 31 storeys), and will be completed in 30 months in expectation. The project will supply 824 high-class apartments to market.
