KDH: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2010
Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (Khadihouse) (HOSE: KDH) has explained business result in Quarter 4/2010as follows:
- In Quarter 4/2009, Khadihouse just sold some products of Topia Garden. Thus, sales and profit in Quarter 4/2009 were not high.
- In Quarter 4/2010, Khadihouse’s sales and profit increased compared to the same period of 2009 thanks to the following activities:
+ Eastern Area Real Estate and Investment JSC (Khadihouse holds 54.5% of the share capital of + Eastern Area Real Estate and Investment JSC) sold about 10% of Villa Park project.
+ Green Space Real Estate and Investment JSC (Khadihouse holds 99% of the owner’s capital of + Green Space Real Estate and Investment JSC) sold 20% of Goldora Villa project.
+ Financial investment activities of Doan Nguyen House Trading and Investment JSC (Khadihouse holds 98% of the owner’s capital of Doan Nguyen House Trading and Investment JSC).
+ Real estate consulting services and management consulting services of Khadihouse.
