DXP: Board resolution
Doan Xa port Joint Stock Company (HNX: DXP) announces the board resolution approved on 23/02/2011 as follows:
- Agreed on the following issues to be submited to the AGM 2011:
+ Operating results and investment results of 2010. Operating plan and investment plan of 2011
+ Audited FS 2010
+ Profit distribution plan, dividend payment plan 2010
+ Bonus share issue plan to increase charter capital, exercise rate: 2 : 1
+ Remuneration plan for the BOD, Superviosry Board 2011
- Agreed on the following issues:
+ Time and place of AGM 2011
+ Salary unit of 2011
+ Charter capital increase plan from VND 50 bil to VND 70 bil of Vinalines School. Assign Mr. Hoang Van Chung to be the representative of DXP in Vinalines School in place of Mr. Vu Tuan Duong.
