Dien Hong Printing Joint Stock Company (HNX: DHI) announces the Board resolution approved on 23/02/2011 as follows:

- Organize the company’s Annual meetings of shareholder of 2011 in April, 2011 with the following issues:

+ Agreed on the company’s financial statement, profit distribution plan of 2010

+ Opreating plan of 2011

+ Salary unit, remuneration to the BOD in 2011

+ Assignment of member of Supervisory Board

- Dividend payment of 2010, exercise rate: 2%/ share

- Seasoned issue to increase charter capital.
