Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (HOSE: DHC) as follows:

Ms. Doan Thi Dong, a member of the Supervisory Board of Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre, was late in reporting the trading result of DHC stock after registering to trade on January 05, 2011.
