EVE: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

Violation of information disclosure requirement of the major trading in Everpia Vietnam Joint Stock Company (HOSE: EVE) as follows:

Agribank Securities Joint-Stock Corporation, a major shareholder of Everpia Vietnam Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of EVE stock after registering to trade on December 15, 2011.
