CMV: Extension of the submission date of Q4/2010 financial statements

CaMau Trading Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CMV) announced an extension of the submission date for the consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4/2010 until March 30, 2011.

Reason: The consolidated financial statements in 2010 of CaMau Trading Joint Stock Company includes financial statements of the parent company, 02 subsidiaries: Bach Viet Co., Ltd. and Bac Lieu Priting Joint Stock Company, and 02 joint venture companies: Camau Textbook & School Equipment Joint Stock Company and Camau Investment Construction Joint Stock Company. At present, the two joint venture companies are carrying out the audit of the 2010’s financial statements. Therefore, CaMau Trading Joint Stock Company needs more time to complete statements.
