PIV Petro Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Company (Stock code: PIV) announces the capital contribution to establish subsidiary based on Board Resolution dated 21/02/2011 as follows:

1. Name of subsidiary: PIV Petro Valuation Joint Stock Company

2. PIV Petro Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Companybuys 70,000 shares, equalling VND700,000,000 (70% of charter capital of PIV Petro Valuation Joint Stock Company)

3. Representatives:

- Mr. Nguyen Duc Manh representing 60,000 shares

- Mr. Nguyen Minh Thai representing 10,000 shares

4. Transfering all evaluation activities of PIV Petro Investment and Valuation Joint Stock Companyto PIV Petro Valuation Joint Stock Company.
