VCB: All undistributed shares sold to VCB Labor Union

The Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (HOSE: VCB) decided to offer VCB Labor Union all shares which were undistributed in the issue to increase charter capital by 33%, as follows:

• Number of shares offered to VCB Labor Union: 924,815 shares

• Offer price: VND10,000/share

• Total value: VND9,248,150,000.
