BAS: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2010

Basa Joint Stock Company (HOSE: BAS) lost VND4,485,070,250 in Quarter 4/2010 because of the reasons as follows:

Materials were scarce, so the purchase price of material fishes increased from VND17,000 to VND23,000 per kilogram. Besides, bank interest increased from 14% to 16% a year. Therefore, cost increased highly and production decreased.
