Vietnam Airlines offers sales for Asian flights
Vietnam Airlines has launched a promotion programme for passengers traveling to Asian cities.
Accordingly, airfares from Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi to Rangoon from February 23-March 31 will be discounted by half to US$150, while those from Ho Chi Minh City to Beijing will be reduced by 20 percent to US$350.
A 30 percent discount will also be applied for Ho Chi Minh City-Guangzhou flights until March 31.
Especially it costs every passenger only US$80 to fly from Ho Chi Minh City to Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or Bangkok.
Vietnam Airlines operates 8 flights per week from Vietnam to Rangoon, including three from Ho Chi Minh City and five from Hanoi.
It also provides 3 flights on Monday, Thursday and Sunday from Ho Chi Minh City to Beijing and a daily flight from the city to Guangzhou.
