Pursuant to Decision No.356/UBCK-GP dated October 14, 2010 by the State Securities Commission on the adjustment of Establishment License No.21/UBCK-GPHDKD dated December 08, 2006, Viet Nam Securities Corporation (VSEC) has supplemented its function with the proprietary trading.
